ARRANGING A FUNERAL

During such a difficult time, arranging a funeral can often be overwhelming and stressful. Leave it to us to plan the ideal funeral for your friend or loved one.

There are a variety of options for a funeral service depending on the wishes of the deceased, the situation and the wishes of the family members. We have connections to all of the local churches, crematoriums, and cemeteries in Beaudesert, Boonah and Jimboomba as well as the rest of the region to ensure that the arrangements are made without a hitch.

ARRANGEMENT OPTIONS

Burial
Our funeral service provides you with a traditional service to commemorate the life of your loved one. You can choose to hold the service at our facility or the location of your choice.
After this part of the service, the congregation, or family only, will proceed to the gravesite.

Graveside Service
A graveside service is a service of remembrance that is held graveside by the deceased’s casket or urn. Families can choose whether to hold a viewing at the funeral home before the burial.

Cremation Service
Cremation only refers to the way you or your loved one has chosen to deal with the physical remains. By having a funeral or memorial service, your need for such a healing experience is not lessened by the decision to be cremated. With a cremation service, an urn will be present for loved ones to pay their respects. 

Memorial Service
A memorial service may occur at a later time. Sometimes, families choose a memorial service purely because they feel uncomfortable at the thought of having the coffin in sight. A memorial service is a chance to celebrate the memory and the life of your deceased loved one.

You can arrange a private memorial service at our chapel or a venue of your choice at a time that suits you.

Alternate Locations
We are happy to assist you with planning a funeral service outside of our chapel. If you want to arrange a funeral service at another venue, we would be happy to help. Whatever makes this process easier for you – we are happy to help.

No Service 
This means that no one from the family will attend the burial or cremation. Brown Family Funerals’ staff will deliver the deceased to either the crematorium or the cemetery at a suitable time.
